SREV was started in 2015 and is headquartered in Seattle, WA. Presently, SREV is renovating multiple multifamily assets in the Puget Sound region.
SREV, LLC is run by CEO and Founder, Anthony Galluzzo. SREV has unique experiences in real estate, construction, entrepreneurship, and financial investments. Anthony also oversees the day-to-day management of over 13 properties.
Anthony Galluzzo
Anthony has been involved in multifamily investments for over 7 years and has extensive experience in acquisitions, risk analysis, lending, and asset management.
Mr. Galluzzo has focused primarily on value- add multifamily and residential property investing. He has completed over 25 multifamily and mixed- used projects where he acted as the managing member and oversaw the execution of business plans that often involved substantial property renovation. The ability to identify mismanaged properties in growing markets and execute a renovation plan that extracts a high return on investment is Anthony’s primary focus and his skill.
